Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are generally final.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at blakemenezes@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help you.

We may offer a refund or replacement in cases where:

 

• The file is defective or corrupted

• The wrong file was delivered

• You are unable to access your download despite our assistance

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for:

 

• Files that have already been downloaded

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind
